Tokyo’s Shinjuku district welcomes an innovative concept in entertainment and gastronomy this spring. From April 26 to September 30, 2025, BLAST! SHINJUKU will host the exciting 'ChuanChuanXiang x Beer Garden x Festival Experience'. This unique venue, featuring the popular Chinese hot pot called 'ChuanChuanXiang', integrates the lively atmosphere of Japanese festivals, offering a new way to enjoy food and socialization.
Vibrant Atmosphere
Located just three minutes from Shinjuku Station, guests can immerse themselves in a festive ambiance decorated with lanterns and festive ornaments. This open-air beer garden invites diners to unwind after work or during weekends in a cheerful, summer festival-like environment. With a retractable roof, attendees can visit worry-free, regardless of the weather.
A Feast for the Senses
The stars of the menu will be multiple varieties of 'ChuanChuanXiang', a hot pot dish that features skewered meats and vegetables simmered in a flavorful broth. In addition to this, patrons can savor popular beer garden snacks and nostalgic festival treats that are sure to delight. The menu offers a plethora of choices, allowing everyone to customize their experience according to their preferences.
ChuanChuanXiang originated in Sichuan, China, and has gained traction in Japan due to its customizable nature, delicious spices, and health benefits. This communal dining style not only brings people together but also promotes the intake of vegetables and other nutritious ingredients, enhancing immune health and recovery.

- 'Deluxe Course' - 2-hour all-you-can-drink at ¥6980

Each course comes with a sauce and salad bar where guests can mix and match up to 20 different condiments to create personalized dipping experiences.
For an additional ¥500, participants can enjoy a premium drink menu that includes global beer selections. Reservations are encouraged due to limited seating and time restrictions.

Beyond the culinary delights, guests can also participate in nostalgic festival games such as yo-yo fishing, adding to the overall experience.
