Graphic artist Masaya Ichi, known for his innovative artworks, is set to unveil exclusive Zoids merchandise at the upcoming 2025 All Japan Model Hobby Show, taking place from October 17 to 19 at Tokyo Big Sight. His guild, the Graphic Artist Guild (GAG), recently announced that select designs from its members will be featured on official Zoids products, capturing the essence of these beloved robotic creatures.

Collaboration and Design Selection

At the heart of this exciting project is the collaboration between Masaya Ichi and the talented members of GAG. In a bid to find the most compelling artwork, Ichi organized a public call for designs, inviting submissions from graphic artists across various disciplines. After a rigorous selection process, five unique designs were chosen to be showcased on merchandise sold at the event.

The selected designs were initially created for exclusive postcards, which served as pre-order bonuses at Takara Tomy Mall. Fans showed great enthusiasm for these designs, prompting their transformation into long-sleeved T-shirts for this upcoming hobby show.

The long-sleeved T-shirts will be available exclusively at the T-SPARK booth within the All Japan Model Hobby Show venue. There are three sizes available (M, L, XL), each priced at 5,500 yen (tax included).
