Over the past few years, the landscape of English education has drastically changed in Japanese elementary schools. Following the full incorporation of English as a subject, elementary students are now engaging with the language more actively than ever before. Starting from the 2020 academic year, changes were made to the English learning curriculum for elementary (grades 5 and 6) and junior high school students, focusing on a well-rounded development of the four key language skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Students in grades 5 and 6 now receive a total of 70 hours of English instruction per year, and assessments are conducted based on these new learning outcomes.

The curriculum has progressively aligned with junior high school learning goals, aiming to nurture students' foundational abilities for effective communication. It indicates a significant rise in English proficiency levels during elementary education, with third and fourth graders now also beginning their English studies sooner than before. Furthermore, junior high school students are expected to learn an expanded vocabulary ranging from 1,600 to 1,800 words, and to engage in classes conducted entirely in English.

Unlike traditional writing practices, all writing exercises are performed using a keyboard. Reception is open Monday to Friday from 3 PM to 7 PM. The school is just a five-minute walk from JR Kunitachi Station. Unfortunately, there are no parking facilities, though there are paid parking lots nearby.
