AdventHealth's workforce has expanded dramatically in recent years, surging from 70,000 to 100,000 team members in just four years. This impressive growth is a testament to the organization's proactive approach in responding to the evolving healthcare needs of the communities it serves. The healthcare provider has embraced its mission of compassion, exemplified by a diverse range of roles, including labor and delivery nurses, laparoscopic surgeons, chaplains, and dietitians, among others.

Over the past year, team members have contributed funds to support colleagues affected by Hurricanes Milton and Helene, raising over $500,000, including a company match.
