Arctech, a pioneer in solar tracking technology and smart energy solutions, has recently announced that it has retained its position as the second-largest supplier of solar trackers in the world for the second successive year. According to the latest Solar PV Tracker Market Report for 2026 released by SP Global Energy, the company captured an impressive 12.1% market share, with global shipments reaching 16 gigawatts (GW). Its continued success in the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region has also solidified its reputation as a market leader.

Market Growth and Performance



The solar tracker market showed remarkable growth in 2025, with total shipments escalating to 133 GW, marking a 19% increase from the previous year, 2024. Particularly, the EMEA region witnessed substantial growth; the Middle East and Africa alone surged by 49% to achieve a record 26 GW, while European countries reported a shipment of 25 GW, driven largely by the substantial demand in Italy and Romania. SP Global Energy foresees that global tracker shipments will surpass 160 GW by the year 2030, reflecting an optimistic outlook for the industry's future.

In the EMEA region, Arctech claimed the top spot as the number one solar tracker supplier, boasting a market share of 22.6%. The country-specific performance is even more impressive, with Arctech capturing 53.6% of the Saudi Arabian market and 54.1% in the United Arab Emirates. This significant standing highlights Arctech's strategic advantage in these rapidly developing markets. The company has also been making notable strides in Europe, securing pivotal projects in countries such as Greece and Italy, while establishing a growing footprint in several African nations such as South Africa and Egypt.
