The Exciting Launch of the 3x3.EXE PREMIER 2025
The highly anticipated global league of 3x3 basketball, known as the
3x3.EXE PREMIER 2025, is set to kick off at
WATERRAS. This stellar event will take place over the weekend of
May 17-18, 2025, with a pre-opening event on
May 16, designed to bring together fans and players alike in a celebration of sport, community, and entertainment.
About the 3x3.EXE PREMIER
The
3x3.EXE PREMIER holds the distinction of being the world’s first global league dedicated to 3-on-3 basketball. Originating in 2014 with just seven teams, the league has sinec expanded significantly, with the 2025 season seeing participation from approximately
900 players across 90 teams from five countries: Thailand, Japan, New Zealand, Australia, and Vietnam. This growth marks the league as the largest of its kind globally.
Event Details
The opening match will occur at
WATERRAS, located in Chiyoda, Tokyo, and is expected to attract basketball fans from all over. The first day will feature a
season-opening event on
May 16, held from
5:30 PM to 7:30 PM, followed by the official matches spanning the weekend. In case of inclement weather, the backup location will be the
Makuhari Bay Park Arena. What's more, there will be a special 3x3 experience event specifically for local residents and workers.

Family Fun at the Event
In addition to the thrilling basketball games, this year’s event will also cater to families. On
May 17, the
Tokyo Verdy Club will host a special sports corner at
Awaji Park, providing opportunities for children and beginners to explore different sports. Activities will include
snag golf,
flag football slow throw challenge, and
strikeout experiences.
