Exploring the Latest Trends and Challenges in e-Methane and Natural Gas in Japan

Upcoming Seminar on e-Methane and Natural Gas in Japan

On June 3rd, JPI (Japan Planning Institute) will host a significant seminar titled "Exploring the Latest Trends and Challenges in e-Methane and Natural Gas". This event will feature Atsushi Okuda, the Manager of the Energy and Environment Group at the Japan Gas Association, who will elaborate on the latest developments and challenges both domestically and internationally regarding e-methane and natural gas.

The seminar is in line with Japan's push towards carbon neutrality, where e-methane is at the forefront. As part of Japan's initiatives to lead globally in carbon-neutral strategies, the focus will be on the role of e-methane alongside traditional LNG (liquefied natural gas) during the transition period.

Date and Time of the Event

The seminar is scheduled for Tuesday, June 3, 2025, from 13:30 to 15:30 JST.

Please note that we will also accept registrations for archival viewing after the seminar concludes._
