Teruki Dogane, the CEO of M1 Corporation, has an impressive background. A graduate of Waseda University’s School of Commerce, he launched and sold a beauty media business while still a student. After gaining experience in investment operations at JAFCO and serving as a marketing leader in multiple firms, including a medical corporation, he co-founded two businesses in the beauty industry in 2021. His recent successes include a buyout investment in an over-the-counter drug and cosmetic sales business, followed by a substantial management improvement leading to a successful public exit.
