The seminar will feature Mr. Toshiaki Takahashi, a former elementary school principal, who brings a wealth of experience in educational administration, having served in various capacities within the Tokyo Metropolitan Education Agency and local education committees. His roles have included interview committee member and thesis evaluator, equipping him with deep insights into hiring and placement practices for educators.
