The culinary journey begins with a celebratory cocktail, Ballerina, echoing the grace of a prima ballerina. The event kicks off with a vibrant appetizer titled Palette Art Appetizer, a harmonious combination of colors that sets a festive tone for the evening.

Next, guests will savor a cold starter—a Cauliflower Blancmange served with snow crab, reminiscent of the serene dance of Swan Lake. The warm appetizer, Caramelized Foie Gras with Nuts, captures the joyous spirit of The Nutcracker. For the fish course, seasonal fish adorned with beet hollandaise draws inspiration from the vibrant scenes of Sleeping Beauty.

A Regal Main Course

The highlight of the experience is a luxurious main dish featuring domestic beef fillet drizzled with a rich truffle sauce, creating a visually stunning and flavor-packed representation of a royal banquet.
