On August 4, 2026, MVS introduced three pivotal appointments: Gustavo Guzman as Vice President of Product and Strategy, Rick Wilson as Head of Enterprise AI, and Nick Brezonik as Chief Sales Officer. Previously, he worked at Citrine Informatics, where he focused on applying machine learning within materials industries, and in earlier roles at Braskem. With a Ph.D. in Polymer Engineering and extensive experience in data science, Guzman is expected to spearhead the long-term strategy of MVS, particularly in maximizing the potential of FaceCapture's underground data.

Rick Wilson, who has hands-on experience with autonomy and robotics, has been appointed to lead Enterprise AI. His previous roles included Vice President of Engineering at Merlin Labs and leadership positions at Aurora Innovation and Uber. His extensive experience in engineering autonomous technologies is crucial as MVS seeks to scale AI capabilities over its underground data framework.

In the newly created role of Chief Sales Officer, Nick Brezonik comes to MVS with more than two decades of success in enterprise sales. Having held influential roles in sales leadership at Five9 and Nuance Communications, Brezonik will guide MVS’s sales organization, expanding the reach of FaceCapture and MVS Intelligence across global mining operations.
