Catalyx Appoints Matt Bulley as Chief Financial Officer to Fuel Strategic Expansion

Catalyx Strengthens Leadership with Matt Bulley’s Appointment as CFO

Catalyx, a prominent leader in automation and imaging systems tailored for heavily regulated sectors, has recently made a notable leadership change by appointing Matt Bulley as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This strategic move aims to bolster the company’s growth initiatives, particularly as it seeks to enhance production efficiencies within the biosciences and other regulated manufacturing domains.

With over two decades of extensive experience in technical services, software development, and clean energy, Bulley is set to bring valuable insight and expertise to Catalyx. His previous role as CFO at ALL4, a global consulting firm, saw him playing a crucial role in driving significant growth and expand the company's global footprint. Furthermore, he has held leadership positions at Allied Resource Corporation and Puraglobe, where he was instrumental in establishing these firms as frontrunners in global climate technology solutions. Bulley’s journey in the financial landscape commenced at Coopers & Lybrand, now known as PwC.

Mario L. Rocci Jr., CEO of Catalyx, highlighted Bulley’s financial expertise, stating, "Matt's financial knowledge will enhance our ability to strategically invest, scale intelligently, and deliver outstanding outcomes for our customers." He further emphasized that Bulley’s proven track record in promoting growth in regulated environments aligns with Catalyx’s mission of empowering manufacturers to achieve operational excellence.

As part of its ongoing expansion strategy, Catalyx recently launched the OpenLine LineClearance Assistant™ 3.0, an AI-driven solution designed to fully automate the line clearance process, ultimately reducing product changeover times. This innovative technology is scheduled to be showcased at the upcoming INTERPHEX event in New York, alongside Catalyx's optimization solutions.

Founded more than 30 years ago, Catalyx specializes in streamlining operations within the biosciences and other highly regulated industries. The company employs a global team of over 550 engineers and technology specialists, having successfully completed more than 3,000 projects in biosciences. Their comprehensive offerings include automation, machine vision, and professional services aimed at enhancing operational efficiency while ensuring compliance and improving performance and safety.
