Introducing CINCI: A Versatile Space in Sendagaya
On November 4, 2025, a unique multi-functional space named
CINCI will be launched in Sendagaya, Tokyo. This engaging lounge and studio facility is designed to accommodate various activities such as events, exhibitions, office work, meetings, and photo shoots.
What to Expect at CINCI
CINCI, located at
1-9-6 K&K Building 3F, Sendagaya, Shibuya, Tokyo, aims to provide a creative environment for its users. As a space that fuses both personal and professional pursuits, it features a lounge, a studio with a shared kitchen, and shower facilities.
Lounge Area
The lounge is minimalist and sophisticated, making it perfect for launching new products, holding exhibitions, or conducting small-scale coworking and essential meetings.
- - Rental Fee: ¥16,500 (tax included) per hour (with a minimum of 3 hours).
Studio Facilities
The studio space, which includes a shared kitchen, is suited for apparel and product photography, as well as food-related shoots. After meetings, the kitchen can also serve as a space for casual networking or small gatherings accompanied by food. The rental fee for studio use is negotiable, with a minimum usage time of 3 hours. Notably, projectors for visual presentations and various seating arrangements for up to 30 people are included.
Additional Amenities
CINCI offers essential amenities like Wi-Fi, rental showers, and a wide array of chairs to ensure a comfortable and productive experience for all users.
CINCI's Vision: An Urban Collective
CINCI embraces the ideal of being an open collective - a space for gathering, interaction, and creation. Inspired by the concept of collectives that surged in the 1960s, CINCI seeks to reinterpret this notion in modern Tokyo, providing a 'blank space' for individuals who blur the lines between work and leisure.
For instance, patrons can enjoy a run in the nearby Jingu Gaien area, take a refreshing shower at CINCI, and proceed directly to work. Alternatively, after meetings, they can create meals in the kitchen and transition seamlessly into social events.
Membership Options
CINCI offers two membership schemes:
1.
Fellow Member (Free, Registration Required): Grants access to space usage and participation in events held at CINCI. Sign up
