Desay Battery Unveils Game-Changing Energy Storage Solutions at Smarter E Europe 2025

Desay Battery has made significant strides in the energy sector by unveiling its innovative energy storage solutions during The Smarter E Europe 2025 exhibition, held from May 7 to 9 in Munich, Germany. This event is the largest of its kind in Europe, focusing on energy industry innovations. One of the most notable products presented at this exhibition is the UPS 2.0 battery, designed specifically for data center operations, offering reliable support for IT departments in large enterprises and communications service providers.

This battery boasts compatibility with current systems and is built to meet high safety and environmental standards, showcasing its adaptability across various applications. The UPS 2.0 incorporates a single lithium-ion cabinet that has a capacity of up to 300kVA and is engineered for a service life extending to 15 years, which can significantly lower project costs. Additionally, the intelligent monitoring system included allows for real-time battery tracking and predictive maintenance, enhancing safety with optional early fire detection systems. It also provides access to a cloud-based security network management platform.

In conjunction with the launch of the UPS 2.0, Desay Battery entered into an important strategic agreement with TÜV Rheinland, which is expected to facilitate its expansion into the European market by securing EU certifications for both the UPS 2.0 and its 5MWh energy storage container. Furthermore, the company established a comprehensive partnership framework with DOS Primärenergie Sonne GmbH (DOS), which focuses on renewable energy collaboration in the Middle East and Latin America. This partnership aims to fortify Desay's role in the global energy storage supply chain while offering a viable model for energy transition in Gulf countries.

The agreements signify Desay’s ongoing commitment to expanding its international market reach and supporting sustainable energy solutions through technological advancements and global partnerships. Alongside these major initiatives, Desay showcased an impressive array of products at the exhibition, including high-performance lithium-ion cells such as the DLP-100, DLP-280, and DLP-314, as well as the DSP-60 sodium-ion battery. The company also included modular energy storage systems with lithium modules of 100Ah and 280Ah.

Among the other showcased items were the Lumos 215kWh and 344kWh C38I DC ESS energy storage cabinets, a range of residential ESS products, and the Vita 5MWh Utility ESS, which is a liquid-cooled container storage system.

Desay Battery was recently included in the BloombergNEF Energy Storage Tier 1 List for Q2 2025, a testament to its leadership in the energy sector. Looking forward, the company is committed to further strengthening its presence in the global energy storage market and continuing to invest in research and development to meet the surging demand for clean energy solutions.
