“How can small businesses initiate their Digital Transformation (DX) without feeling overwhelmed?” Many small business owners express uncertainty about where to start or find that introduced tools aren’t leading to significant improvements in their operations. This session addresses the challenges of DX implementation by discussing practical reasons for its failures from the perspective of front-line staff.
The focus will be on beginning with business visibility and how one can step into DX on a smaller scale, thus making the transition manageable. Through hands-on experience with a self-assessment sheet, attendees can analyze their current situation and identify essential improvement themes. This approach allows businesses to paint a clear picture of how to kick off their initial steps in meaningful DX after the seminar concludes.
