TMJ Achieves Excellence at the 3rd QC Circle Grand Champion Competition

TMJ, a member of the Secom Group, has made remarkable strides in the field of quality control, securing an award at the esteemed 3rd QC Circle Grand Champion Competition held on June 12, 2026. This event, organized by the QC Circle Headquarters and the Japan Scientific Technology Association, saw TMJ participate as a representative from the Kyushu region, ultimately earning the QC Circle Headquarters Director Award for excellence.

With this accolade, TMJ has now achieved a total of eight honors since the inception of this competition, marking a significant milestone by winning for three consecutive years since 2024.

Overview of the Grand Champion Competition

The QC Circle Grand Champion Competition for the administrative, sales, and service sector (which includes healthcare and welfare) was initiated with the intent to extend the generally practiced QC Circle activities in manufacturing to various other industries. This event seeks to encourage improvement activities among sectors like administration, sales, and service, healthcare, and welfare.

Until 2023, the competition served as a selection event within the All Japan QC Circle Tournament regarding the administrative, sales, and service sector.
