Collaboration between Iwate's Heritage and Premium Beer

The renowned dining company, DynaC, under the leadership of President Takeshi Akiyama, has embarked on a series of initiatives aimed at fostering relationships with local producers as part of its social responsibility project. Starting from November 2022, the company has been committed to promoting regional cuisine by collaborating with local communities and utilizing local ingredients in their menus. This time, they have partnered with the Yahaba Chamber of Commerce to announce a special fair that brings together the essence of Yahaba, Iwate, and their selection of premium beers, which will run at both "THE R.C. ARMS" and "MASTER'S DREAM HOUSE Marunouchi."

The Iwate Gourmet Experience

From November 4th through December 5th, prepare your taste buds for a showcase of Iwate's unique offerings such as "Yahaba Salmon" raised in mineral-rich waters and "Appi Maitake" mushrooms grown in cool climates. The collaboration fair promises to highlight these unparalleled flavors, beautifully paired with a selection of DynaC’s crafted beers.

In addition to the ongoing collaboration fair, a one-night exclusive buffet event will take place at MASTER'S DREAM HOUSE Marunouchi on November 17th. Guests can indulge in a buffet featuring multiple dishes made from featured Yahaba ingredients, not available on the regular menu. Join us for this unique evening where culinary expertise meets the finest brews.
