Starting January 2026, MAX PISTACHIO, a specialty store dedicated to all things pistachio, will release a range of delicious new products and set up two limited-time locations in Tokyo. Known for their focus on Sicilian pistachios, this innovative shop ensures that the nut's rich flavor and aroma are front and center in all their creations.

The 2026 launch will feature a delectable variety of items that promise to offer a luxurious taste for winter. Here’s a sneak peek at what's in store:

1. Pistachio Butter Sand

Indulge in a butter sandwich filled with a luxurious pistachio butter cream and a rich pistachio sauce. This treat comes in a delightful trio with a cherry sauce flavor, allowing for a fun tasting experience.

2. D Chocolate Pistachio (Bitter/Milk)

A new addition to the popular D Chocolate series from Dubai brings a milky counterpart to the table. The sweetness of milk chocolate enhances the nutty flavors of the pistachio. Choose from both floral and tablet forms based on your preference.

New Packaging Design

A pop-up shop will open on January 22, 2026, on the B1F of Futako Tamagawa Rise for a duration of about two months.

Tobu Department Store Ikebukuro – Valentine’s Event

From January 28 to February 14, 2026, MAX PISTACHIO will partake in the “Chocolat Marche” at Tobu Department Store Ikebukuro on the 8th floor during the Valentine’s Day season. In addition to the popular D Chocolate Pistachio, a selection of limited-edition bonbons and new items will be offered, ensuring there’s something special for every gift need.

• - Pistachio Sweets Terrine: Featuring white chocolate and cream, this delicacy enhances the umami of pistachios and offers three different toppings for varied tastes. Price: ¥5,380 (including tax)
