REPT BATTERO Unveils Advanced Energy Storage and Fast Charging Solutions at CIBF 2026

REPT BATTERO Showcases Latest Innovations in Energy Storage and Fast Charging at CIBF 2026

From May 13 to 15, 2026, REPT BATTERO made waves at the 18th China International Battery Fair (CIBF) held in Shenzhen, presenting cutting-edge battery technology tailored for energy storage, passenger vehicles, and commercial transportation solutions. The event marked a significant opportunity for the company to highlight its innovations in a rapidly evolving industry.

Comprehensive Energy Storage Solutions

During the exhibition, REPT BATTERO demonstrated a full range of energy storage products designed for diverse applications, including residential, commercial, industrial, and large-scale systems. For residential energy storage systems (ESS), the company showcased an array of cell formats such as 50 Ah, 72 Ah, 100 Ah, 280 Ah, 314 Ah, and the advanced 392 Ah models. The new Wending® 392 Ah cell is particularly notable, offering a remarkable 25% capacity increase over the 314 Ah, achieving an impressive 1.25 kWh per cell, with an energy efficiency of up to 95%. This high-capacity cell is engineered for various applications, from home systems to grid storage projects.

For commercial and industrial applications, REPT BATTERO introduced its Wending® 588 Ah cell, which provides 1.88 kWh per cell. This innovation utilizes Wending® technology, enhancing the battery's energy density, safety, and lifespan, boasting over 10,000 cycles and a longevity of 25 to 30 years. This makes it an excellent choice for long-term energy storage solutions.

Additionally, the Powtrix® 3.0 Energy Storage System was highlighted, which integrates 392 Ah cells within a standard 20-foot container. This system enhances total energy capacity to 6.26 MWh while optimizing site space by reducing the footprint by 16% and installation time by 18%. It's designed for a wide temperature range, ensuring operational stability from -40°C to 60°C.

Fast-Charging Solutions for Passenger Vehicles

REPT BATTERO also focused on the burgeoning market of electric vehicles, presenting their quick-charging cell rated at 120 Ah. This advanced cell can handle ultra-fast charging at 6C and operates efficiently between -40°C to 70°C. Another highlight was the Wending® 54 Ah cell, praised for its safety and compatibility in various electric vehicle platforms. This product successfully passed the stringent GB38031-2025 battery safety standards, confirming its resilience against fire and impact.

Innovations in the next-generation hybrid solid-liquid battery platforms were also revealed, showcasing systems optimized for both mass-market and premium electric vehicles. With high nickel content, these batteries promise exceptional energy density and improved cycle stability, maintaining over 80% capacity retention even in extreme temperatures.

Advanced Solutions for Commercial Vehicles

Addressing the needs of commercial transport, REPT BATTERO unveiled a series of products designed to resolve operational challenges for buses, heavy-duty trucks, mining vehicles, and construction machinery. The new LFP battery at 268 Ah supports ultra-rapid charging capabilities, providing up to 240 kilometers of range in just 15 minutes.

The 324 Ah LFP battery is aimed at high-intensity transport, extending its operational lifespan to 10 years or approximately 1.5 million kilometers. Enhancing efficiency further, the Pack-F configuration increases the energy capacity to 600 kWh, supporting rapid charging at a rate of 1.5C, thereby boosting charging efficiency by approximately 40%.

REPT BATTERO remains dedicated to delivering safer, more efficient, and reliable energy solutions to support the global transition to renewable energy. The innovations showcased at CIBF 2026 reflect the company's commitment to addressing the growing demands of the energy storage and transportation sectors.
