Architect Developer Inc. Hosts Unique 2-Day Internship for Future Tech Professionals

Architect Developer Inc., based in the heart of Tokyo's Ginza district, recently hosted an innovative 2-day internship designed for students aspiring to pursue careers in technology within the architectural field. Scheduled for October 27 and 28, 2025, this immersive program focuses on giving students practical experience in both construction management and design roles. Given the overwhelming success of this event, ADI plans to offer similar programs again in December.

Program Structure: A Comprehensive Experience

The 2-day internship is structured to leverage ADI's unique operational model, which encompasses all aspects of architecture from development to post-completion management. This approach grants participants insight into the company’s core business, particularly its focus on rental housing.

On the first day, students were introduced to the construction management role through site visits and hands-on inspection experiences. This allowed interns to see firsthand the complexities involved in managing construction projects. The second day included company presentations, outlining the operational methods within the architectural sector, along with a workshop that incorporated Building Information Modeling (BIM), providing participants with practical design experience. This comprehensive program allowed students to “experience” the critical roles played by various teams in architecture through actual work processes.

As an additional benefit, interns were compensated for their participation, with transportation and accommodation costs covered to ensure that students from far-off locations could comfortably attend the program. The combination of practical learning and support made the internship a resounding success, drawing positive feedback from participants.
