LIFULL Investment will conduct due diligence on both the new fund and the operational aspects of the business, ensuring that investors have full transparency regarding their potential returns and the status of the underlying property.
Furthermore, investors who participated in the previous fund will be given priority in allocating investment amounts, up to their previous contributions. For any additional investments beyond this amount, as well as newcomers, allocations will be determined through a lottery system, making the process fair and transparent.
