Truck Parking Club Secures Major Investment to Expand Truck Parking Network Across the US

Truck Parking Club Secures Growth Investment from Argentum Capital Partners

On October 20, 2026, Truck Parking Club, the largest marketplace for reservable truck and trailer parking in the United States, disclosed that it has secured a significant growth investment from Argentum Capital Partners, a New York-based equity firm. This investment is set to propel the company’s expansion efforts and enhance their technology, enabling fleets to efficiently integrate parking solutions into their daily operations.

The issue of truck parking shortages is prevalent, with a startling 98% of drivers reporting challenges in locating safe parking spaces. According to a report by the Federal Highway Administration, drivers spend an average of 56 minutes daily just trying to find parking. This inefficiency leads to a loss of around $6,800 per driver annually. Alarmingly, approximately 79% of truck stop operators do not have plans to increase their parking spaces to accommodate the rising demand.

In just three and a half years, Truck Parking Club has established an impressive network of over 7,200 parking locations, successfully assisting hundreds of thousands of truck drivers in securing necessary parking spaces. Notably, drivers from 94 of the top 100 trucking companies have utilized the platform, indicating a growing reliance on it to meet parking and storage needs effectively.

Evan Shelley, co-founder and CEO of Truck Parking Club, expressed the difficulties drivers face within the current parking landscape. "Too often, drivers must address parking issues on their own, often sacrificing essential driving time or ending up in inappropriate places to stop," he stated. Shelley emphasized that parking should be seen as a fundamental aspect of fleet infrastructure, similar to scheduling and logistics.

With Argentum's backing, the company aims to augment its existing initiatives by forming dedicated partnerships with warehouses, trucking firms, self-storage operators, and hoteliers. The goal is to convert available but underutilized spaces into truck and trailer parking areas.

The new investment will also facilitate improvements in their technological infrastructure while expanding their collaborations with fleets to better align the network’s capacities with their operating requirements. This comprehensive approach not only addresses driver parking challenges but also aids fleets in securing truck and trailer storage solutions more efficiently across multiple locations, without the inconvenience of individual site sourcing.

Daniel Raynor, Managing Partner and co-founder of Argentum, highlighted the challenges in the trucking industry related to parking. He remarked, "Truck parking is one of trucking’s most challenging and expensive problems. Truck Parking Club effectively addresses this issue by operating a marketplace that unlocks additional supply from previously underutilized properties and presents it to truck drivers through a user-friendly booking process. Individual drivers have embraced this, and now fleets are integrating it into their core operational processes."

Raynor further stated their excitement in partnering with Evan and his exceptional team to accelerate Truck Parking Club’s growth trajectory. This investment aligns with Argentum's strategy, focusing on mission-critical solutions that serve essential industries while leveraging their expertise in transportation and logistics.

In summary, as Truck Parking Club embarks on this new chapter backed by Argentum Capital Partners, the expectation for enhancing truck parking solutions and streamlining fleet operations across the nation is at an all-time high. With increasing adoption and support, the outlook for addressing truck parking shortages looks promising for the future.
