DaiKanYama Studio Group Announces New Tsukishima Studios
DaiKanYama Studio Group, managed by UR Co., Ltd., is set to launch two new filming studios, Tsukishima Studio 9st and 10st, located inside the Asahi Warehouse in Chuo, Tokyo. With this addition, the Tsukishima area will now feature five studios, catering to the complex needs of today’s advertising and video production landscape.
Spacious and Functional Studios
The newly established 9st boasts an impressive studio area of 89 tsubo (approximately 294 square meters) with a total space of 133 tsubo (about 440 square meters), making it a prime location for large-scale shoots. This studio can be rented exclusively for one client per day, alongside the neighboring 22 tsubo 10st, for a seamless dual-studio experience.
Recent trends in advertising and video production have seen a rise in simultaneous photo and video shoots, as well as content creation for multiple platforms at once. This complexity requires much more than just space; it necessitates an environment that supports all aspects of a shoot. Tsukishima Studio 9st and 10st have been designed considering these demands, ensuring that everything from equipment space to waiting areas for talent and staff is thoughtfully organized.
Comprehensive Facilities to Support Production
The new studios are not just about size — they are equipped with various ancillary spaces designed to enhance the shooting experience:
- - Three guest rooms
- - Flexible spaces
- - Restrooms (men’s, women’s, and multipurpose)
- - Reception area and entrance
- - Smoking room
- - Truck yard
These features ensure a smooth workflow from setup to shooting and client checks, making the entire process efficient and hassle-free.
Meeting Diverse Production Needs
With the addition of 9st and 10st, the Tsukishima area will now have a total of five studios, including the currently operational 7st, 8st, and 11st. This diversification allows clients to choose studios based on the scale and nature of their projects, and also facilitates the combination of multiple studios for larger productions or projects that demand privacy.
DaiKanYama Studio Group is committed to supporting a wide range of creative endeavors, including advertising, video production, fashion, music, and web content, through its network of studios located in Daikanyama, Nakameguro, and Tsukishima.
