This event follows a previous festival that started on May 14, which featured delectable offerings from the Hokkaido and Tohoku regions, including the much-loved Aomori Prefecture's Kinmedai Tempura for 160 yen (tax included).

In this latest festival, Hamazushi is bringing back the spotlight on fresh seafood, featuring new dishes such as the "Hokkaido Akaiika with Uni Sauce" and the "Grilled Hokkaido Herring." The Akaiika showcases a delightful texture with a touch of sweetness combined with a rich uni flavor, providing a culinary treat like no other. On the other hand, the herring is grilled to perfection, ensuring a crispy outer layer while preserving its savory taste, all for just 100 yen (tax included).

Additionally, the "Blissful Sushi Series" will welcome the luxurious "Hakkaku" fish, also known as "Tokubire." This premium fish is known for its rich fat content and elegant flavor, making it a must-try for sushi aficionados.
