Call for Entries: 4th High School Eco Idea Contest

The Sankei Shimbun is thrilled to announce the 4th High School Eco Idea Contest, inviting high school students across the nation to express their creative solutions for environmental preservation through engaging video content. Contest Overview

This contest is a spin-off event of the prestigious Earth Environment Award, hosted by the Fujisankei Group, which honors initiatives contributing to environmental conservation. Participants are encouraged to present their unique interpretations and actionable ideas regarding five specific SDGs directly related to earth conservation.

Submission Guidelines

Entrants must create a video that is no longer than three minutes, articulating their eco-friendly ideas. Following the preliminary selection process, the final competition will take place on March 14th at the Conference Room on the 8th floor of Tokyo Midtown Hibiya, located at 1-1-2 Yurakucho, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo.

The grand prize winner will receive a voucher worth 100,000 yen for books, among other accolades. This provides a substantial incentive not only for students to demonstrate their creativity but also for them to research and acquire knowledge about environmental issues that affect us all.
