In her early years at BayCare, Sara's expertise in real estate law enabled her to tackle complex property transactions effectively. By 2016, she was promoted to the role of manager of real estate transactions and senior real estate and construction counsel, where she became the senior legal advisor on significant real estate and construction issues. Managing complex leasing agreements, property acquisitions, and dispositions became her forte, demonstrating her ability to navigate the intricate world of real estate.

As the director of real estate operations, she significantly expanded her responsibilities, especially as BayCare underwent substantial growth and technological advancements. Raised in Tampa, Florida, Seifried earned her Bachelor’s degree in finance, a Master of Science in real estate, and a law degree from the University of Florida. She has been an active member of the Urban Land Institute's Health Care and Life Sciences Council and also serves on the Board of Directors of the Westshore Alliance. Since being admitted to the Florida Bar in 2010, she has continued to develop her professional skills and network.
