Monica Wason's journey into real estate was anything but conventional. Initially trained as a nurse in the U.S. Air Force, her career took a surprising turn after experiencing the housing market crash of 2007-2008. Drawn to her husband’s residential contracting business, she began to explore the world of real estate.
