Jack Henry™ (Nasdaq: JKHY) is excited to announce that it is now accepting entries for the 2025 Cobalt Awards, a prestigious recognition program that showcases the innovative efforts of financial institutions and fintech companies. The deadline for submissions is May 12, 2025.

The Cobalt Awards are designed to celebrate organizations that are not only pushing the boundaries of creativity but also making meaningful contributions to their communities. Award Categories

This year's awards feature three distinct categories:

1. The Barrier Breaker: This category recognizes one bank and one credit union for their exceptional efforts in removing obstacles to financial health for their customers.
2. The Changemaker: This award honors one bank and one credit union that have exemplified outstanding technological innovation and efficiency in their operations.
3. The Integrator: This category celebrates two fintech companies that have significantly enhanced user experiences and improved the financial well-being of consumers and businesses alike.

To be eligible for an award, nominees must be current clients of Jack Henry and must utilize at least one of the solutions offered by the company as part of their entry. Additionally, fintech participants are required to be integrated into the Jack Henry ecosystem via the Developer Toolkit or Vendor Integration Program (VIP).

Judging Process and Rewards

The judging panel for this year's awards will consist of seven executives from Jack Henry, who bring a diverse range of expertise to evaluate entries. Winners will be awarded:

• - A $10,000 donation to a charity of their choice
• - Complimentary registration and travel for up to four attendees to Jack Henry Connect 2025 in San Diego (for banks and credit unions only)
• - Premium placement for their booth at the Jack Henry Connect 2025 Tech Hall (for fintechs only)
• - A prestigious Cobalt Award Trophy presented during the awards ceremony at Jack Henry Connect, alongside a press release, case study, and additional promotional opportunities
