Terra Charge Hosts Its First New Graduate Recruitment Ceremony in Four Years

Terra Charge Celebrates Significant Milestone with First New Graduate Recruitment Ceremony

After four years since its foundation, Terra Charge, a company specializing in electric vehicle (EV) charging services, has made a notable stride by holding its first new graduate recruitment ceremony on November 4, 2025. The event took place at the company’s headquarters located in Minato, Tokyo.

The ceremony welcomed three new graduates, marking a pivotal moment not just for the company, but also for the future of electric mobility in Japan. During the ceremony, the President of Terra Charge, Tetsu Tokushige, expressed his enthusiasm for the new additions to the team. He conveyed the company’s vision and plans, emphasizing the important role that these new members will play in shaping the company’s future, stating, "The first batch of new graduates is essential to our company. I hope you strive to become the core driving force that will lead Terra Charge forward."

In addition to the welcoming addresses, newly accepted members were presented with their letters of offer. The ceremony also included business training sessions and interaction opportunities with managers and senior employees, facilitating bond-building among the new hires. This initiative aims to ensure that they feel supported and connected within the organization from the start of their careers.

As part of its commitment to employee development and a robust workplace culture, Terra Charge dedicates itself to providing top-notch services while continuously aiming for further business growth. The company simultaneously announced the start of recruitment for the 2027 graduates, underlining their focus on nurturing young talent through various training programs and internships.

Long-Term Internship Program: Terra DOJO

In addition to the recruitment ceremony, Terra Charge introduced the 'Terra DOJO' program, which is designed to provide a community-focused environment aimed at helping young individuals grow and gain practical experience in the mobility industry.

Founded by Tetsu Tokushige alongside vice president Kousuke Nakagawa, this program enables participants to acquire substantial real-world experience while supporting their self-development. This aligns perfectly with Terra Charge's mission of fostering future leaders in the mobility sector.

Continuous efforts in the development of EV charging infrastructure will go hand in hand with the cultivation of the next generation of talent, thereby contributing to a sustainable and decarbonized society.
