YE DIGITAL Launches MMDigitalFactory for Enhanced Manufacturing
Innovative solutions are paving the way for the future of manufacturing, and YE DIGITAL is at the forefront with its newly developed digital twin platform, MMDigitalFactory. This platform leverages the cutting-edge NVIDIA Omniverse library to create a virtual representation of factories and logistics centers, aiming to enhance decision-making processes within these sectors.
What is MMDigitalFactory?
MMDigitalFactory is designed to support various functions to tackle complex challenges in the manufacturing and logistics sectors. The platform consists of three main components: Assessment, Simulation, and Optimization. This digital twin technology allows for accurate digital representations of real-world operations, eliminating inefficiencies, optimizing layouts, and ultimately improving overall productivity.
Development Background
The need for such advanced technology stems from the myriad challenges faced by the manufacturing and logistics industries today. Trends such as labor shortages, aging equipment, and increasingly diverse customer demands have compounded operational complexities. Responding to these challenges, the digital twin technology has emerged as a promising solution, creating virtual environments where equipment, people, and material flows can be simulated and tested.
YE DIGITAL has harnessed NVIDIA Omniverse’s robust physical simulation library alongside its expertise in warehouse automation systems (WES), culminating in a state-of-the-art digital twin foundation that caters specifically to the manufacturing and logistics landscape.
Validation and Productization
In 2026, YE DIGITAL successfully conducted proof-of-concept (PoC) trials using digital twins in a factory setting. Upon validating the potential outcomes, the company set out on a mission to develop these concepts into reliable products and services, hence advancing towards the official rollout of MMDigitalFactory.
Features of MMDigitalFactory
1.
Assessment
Starting January 2027, the Assessment feature will create highly accurate digital replicas of factories and logistics centers. This digital visualization will enable in-depth analysis, allowing stakeholders to make informed decisions regarding layout modifications and investment strategies.

2.
Simulation
Following in April 2027, the Simulation feature will help pre-evaluate many initiatives such as equipment expansion and layout changes. This proactive approach aims to minimize investment risks while optimizing production and transport plans based on simulation results, ultimately enhancing operational efficiency.
3.
Optimization
The Optimization feature will also launch in April 2027. This part of the platform will leverage AI to identify bottlenecks and delays in operations by continuously analyzing real-time data. By pinpointing these operational inefficiencies, MMDigitalFactory will further facilitate improvements in workplace productivity.
Future Prospects
YE DIGITAL's future vision includes not only refining the processes of facility design, operation, and enhancement through MMDigitalFactory but also enabling a holistic approach to warehouse automation systems like MMLogiStation. These advancements aim to create a seamless digital twin solution that integrates factory logistics, production sites, warehouses, and the entire supply chain.
To showcase these technological advancements, YE DIGITAL is presenting demo videos of MMDigitalFactory at the International Logistics Exhibition 2026, taking place from September 8th to 11th. This event marks a crucial step in educating potential clients about the immense value and capabilities of the digital twin technology.
