Announcement of Daisuke Yogi's Appointment as COO



Bulk Holdings, based in Minato-ku, Tokyo, has officially appointed Daisuke Yogi as its Senior Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer (COO). This announcement marks a significant organizational shift for the company, strengthening its leadership team for future growth.

Yogi joined Bulk Holdings in October 2024 as a Senior Executive Officer and Executive Advisor for Security Business. His new role as COO will see him take on broader responsibilities, overseeing overall operations and leading strategic activities across the organization. This move is expected to enhance Bulk Holdings’ capability in providing comprehensive security solutions and human resource development.

In his statement regarding his new role, Yogi emphasized his dedication to enhancing security measures and cultivating talent within organizations.

"Since the year 2000, I have been focused on strengthening security strategies and fostering human resources for 25 years. Leveraging my accumulated knowledge, experience, and connections, I aim to provide our clients with appropriate security measures and essential training for staff development, maximizing the strengths and synergies of our group companies."


Yogi’s long career is distinguished by his expertise in cybersecurity and human resource development. He graduated from Nippon Sport Science University in 1994 and joined Yokogawa Electric Corporation. There, he was pivotal in the establishment of their information security business and promoted the CISSP certification within Japan. In 2007, he transitioned to LAC Co., Ltd., where he played a crucial role in founding the LAC Security Academy and establishing the Information Security Education Providers Association (ISEPA), taking on the role of its first president.

From 2012 onwards, Yogi contributed to the NRI Secure Technologies under the Nomura Research Institute Group, where he was involved in bolstering cybersecurity measures across both public and private sectors. His efforts were significant in the establishment of the Japan Cyber Crime Control Center (JC3), where he served as the first director. For his notable contributions to the field, he received the Asia-Pacific ISLA Award from ISC2 in 2017, honoring his leadership in information security.

In 2020, Yogi joined Global Security Experts Inc. as an Executive Director, facilitating the expansion of their cybersecurity business and contributing to their listing on the Tokyo Growth Market. By 2023, he founded IntegrationLab LLC, providing consulting and advisory services to a diverse array of businesses, from large corporations to startups.

Currently, Yogi is involved in various organizations, including being a board member of the NPO Japan Network Security Association, a visiting researcher at the Graduate School of Information Security, and an officer at the Digital Human Resource Development Association. He also has experience serving on government committees focused on security personnel development.

Future Directions for Bulk Group


With his extensive experience and strategic vision, Yogi is poised to steer Bulk Holdings towards its upcoming transformation into VLC Security Group, effective from October 6, 2025. This rebranding will signify a renewed focus on total security solutions through its group companies.
