Woodrow first joined M&T Bank back in 2013, originally tasked with handling the enterprise-wide anti-money laundering program. Her dedication and expertise propelled her into positions of increasing responsibility, eventually leading to her role as Chief Human Resources Officer in 2020. Since then, she has been pivotal in steering the bank's response to new workplace dynamics following the COVID-19 pandemic as well as focusing on staffing, leadership development, and employee relations for the bank's large workforce of more than 22,000 employees spread across the Northeastern United States. Most recently in 2023, she took on the role of Chief Administrative Officer, a position from which she will now transition into her new responsibilities.

Beyond the corporate realm, Woodrow is deeply invested in local community initiatives. She currently serves on the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra Board of Trustees and holds the Vice Presidency of the Buffalo Prep Board of Directors. Additionally, she is the Chairwoman of the Westminster Foundation Board of Directors and a graduate of Leadership Buffalo, further reinforcing her commitment to mentorship and community service.
