Celebrating Cultural Fusion in Cocktails at The Grey Room

On October 15th, 2025, a remarkable event will take place at The Grey Room in Ginza, where the esteemed bartender Devender Sehgal will grace the venue as a guest bartender. Recognized among the "100 Most Influential People in the Bar Industry 2024" by a prominent UK magazine and serving as the ambassador for Kagoshima Shochu, Devender is set to present a unique cocktail experience that blends various cultural elements.

The event will feature four original cocktails designed with the high-quality barley shochu "iichiko 彩天," known for its exceptional umami flavor, enhanced through traditional koji fermentation methods. Guests will be treated to a memorable evening where they can experience the nuanced and layered flavors that Devender takes pride in bringing to his creations.
