As the cherry blossoms begin to bloom, F&P Smoothie Café in Aoyama is excited to announce the launch of its limited edition 'SAKURA' series, featuring both 'SAKURA Smoothie' and 'SAKURA Bowl'. Available from March 1 to April 15, 2026, this seasonal menu embodies the essence of spring in Japan.

The 'SAKURA' series showcases the beloved cherry blossoms, enhancing both taste and aesthetics. Infused with the gentle fragrance of cherry blossoms and leaves, the smoothie perfectly balances the sweet and refreshing notes with the tartness of strawberries and Morello cherries. Each sip captures the spirit of Japan's spring.

For the toppings, we've creatively incorporated cherry blossom flakes and dried coconut, bringing an elegant touch to the presentation. The pastel pink and white hues of the dishes are sure to complement the beautiful streets of Aoyama, ushering in the refreshing air of spring.

Notably, F&P takes pride in maintaining natural flavors—no thickeners or artificial colors are used in these offerings. Each ingredient is selected to emphasize its original taste and color.

SAKURA Smoothie

Ingredients: Cherry blossoms, cherry leaves, cherry blossom flakes, dried coconut, strawberries, Morello cherries, plain yogurt, organic agave syrup, organic soy milk.

Price: 800 yen + tax for eat-in (880 yen including tax), 800 yen + tax for takeout (864 yen including tax).

SAKURA Bowl

Ingredients: SAKURA Smoothie base, gyuhi (sweet rice cake), dried coconut, organic granola.

Price: 1,600 yen + tax for eat-in (1,760 yen including tax), 1,600 yen + tax for takeout (1,728 yen including tax).

Both the smoothie and bowl are available for takeout. All ingredients are free from artificial thickeners and colors. Note: The plain yogurt used in the smoothies contains dairy, and the gyuhi in the bowl includes white sugar.
