Nagarro's Financial Outlook for 2025



Nagarro, an eminent player in global digital engineering, recently shared its revenue projections for the fiscal year 2025, indicating expectations of revenues between €1,020 million and €1,080 million. The forecast is anchored on current exchange rates, excluding potential acquisitions. With a gross margin anticipated around 30%, and an adjusted EBITDA margin between 14.5% and 15.5%, the company appears to maintain a robust financial health amid shifting market dynamics.

Co-Founder and CEO Manas Human expressed optimism regarding performance in 2025, attributing the expected success to solid market drivers and strategic preparations made over the past few years. Human articulated, "2025 will be a good year for us as the long-term market drivers remain intact and in the last couple of years, we have set up the company to take full advantage of them."

The company seems committed to realizing significant shareholder value through an array of initiatives. Notably, both Boards of Nagarro are considering a share buy-back program valued at up to €400 million over the next three years. Additionally, they aim to implement a sustainable dividend policy intending to distribute between 10% and 20% of EBIT annually to shareholders. These measures reflect Nagarro’s determination to align shareholder interest with operational success.

In terms of growth outlook, Nagarro is amplifying its efficiency and pushing for a more aggressive growth strategy that encompasses both organic and inorganic avenues.
