As a significant highlight, the popular Sapporo Susukino restaurant Menya Yukikaze will supervise the preparation of the Rich Miso Ramen. This ramen combines two types of Hokkaido miso and a deep, flavorful broth enriched with the umami of chicken and pork. Priced at 530 yen, the ramen is enhanced with a fragrant touch of garlic, ensuring a satisfying experience in every bite.
