At the helm of this new chapter is Frank Balon, who has been appointed as the President and Chief Legal Officer. Balon is a seasoned corporate executive and legal expert, bringing with him a wealth of experience from his previous role as Co-President and Chief Legal Officer at Steuben Foods. Among them is Ryan Haggerty, formerly an Erie County prosecutor, who takes on the role of Chief State Litigator and General Counsel. In addition, Jeremiah Lenihan, a former federal prosecutor noted for his work against organized crime and financial fraud, has been appointed as Chief Federal Litigator.
