Huawei's Innovative Customer-Centric Collaboration System for AI Industry Expansion
Huawei's New Collaboration System for AI
At HUAWEI CONNECT 2026, Leo Chen, Huawei's Senior Vice President and President of Enterprise Sales, announced a groundbreaking collaboration system named SCALE. This new initiative is designed to empower partners and accelerate AI adoption in the industrial sector. The launch is part of Huawei's commitment to fostering a robust ecosystem where partners can efficiently transition from isolated pilot projects to large-scale intelligent transformations.
Chen emphasized the rapidly evolving era of intelligence, stating, "Huawei collaborates with its partners to provide products and solutions that address real business challenges." By sharing their capabilities, Huawei aims to help partners leverage their unique strengths, assisting in the transition from traditional computing infrastructure to smart applications. The overarching goal is to enhance efficiency and facilitate broader AI integration for clients.
Addressing Key Challenges in AI Implementation
Partners often encounter several obstacles when attempting to scale intelligent industrial projects, including solution development, integration verification, delivery, operation and maintenance, as well as inter-system collaboration. The SCALE partnership support system is employed to tackle these challenges by offering five critical types of assistance: scenario-based solutions, co-innovation, aligned marketing, local services, and consistent quality. These offerings provide systematic support for partners, encompassing everything from solution development to their verification, launch, delivery, and ongoing operation.
Scenario-Based Solutions
Huawei has made available base AI products that are both open and easy to integrate. These products span various domains such as computing, storage, networking, security, and data protection. Notably, the new SMECE and DCS AI solutions assist partners in efficiently transforming their industry-specific expertise into viable smart solutions. To date, Huawei’s partners have utilized these offerings to develop over 100 scenario-based solutions across eight industrial sectors, significantly accelerating the adoption of AI technologies.
Co-Innovation Initiatives
To enhance the replication of proven experiences and the efficiency of solution integration, Huawei is providing partners with reference architectures and verification environments. This includes comprehensive architectures for 48 high-value scenarios allowing partners to consult while designing solutions, configuring test environments, and developing applications. Furthermore, through the cloud-based OpenLab platform, Huawei supplies unified interfaces and development tools, optimizing overall solution efficacy.
Aligned Marketing Strategies
Huawei is dedicated to aiding partners in identifying customer needs and launching new solutions that are both visible and verifiable. The company’s Market-to-Lead (MTL) process capabilities have been opened to partners for better market penetration of customer-oriented solutions. By collaborating on product launches and featuring success stories at exhibitions, Huawei and its partners have created over 130 use cases and demonstrations worldwide to help clients grasp the value and proven results of their solutions.
Local Services and Consistent Quality
Huawei is focused on localizing and expanding its partner services, enabling them to deliver the same high-quality level of service that Huawei provides. Partners can access a wealth of knowledge, tools, technical expertise, and service experience through Huawei’s O3 platform. Moreover, Huawei's talent development and certification programs have trained over 50,000 AI professionals in the past three years, enhancing service capabilities across the board.
Efficient Collaboration Platforms
Huawei offers two comprehensive smart platforms (HUAWEI eFly and HUAWEI ePartner) designed to streamline partner interactions. Serving as unified portals, these platforms assist partners in managing Huawei's processes and provide necessary data for comprehensive marketing operations, transactions, and services. Access to documentation, tools, IT interfaces, along with AI-assisted configuration tools and intelligent Q&A systems are also available, improving customer support efficiency.
A Future Focused on AI Implementation
Chen concluded his presentation with an optimistic vision for the future. He stated, "In the era of genuine intelligence, the widespread implementation of proven practices across various sectors will enable more enterprises to thrive." The thrust of Huawei's initiative is clear: as industrial intelligence opens unprecedented opportunities, Huawei aims to collaborate with partners and customers to deploy successful reference models on a grand scale, bringing AI benefits to more industries, organizations, and individuals worldwide.
