From September 25 to 27, 2026, Mitake Shokuhin Co., Ltd. will exhibit at the Tokyo Big Sight for the GOOD LIFE Fair 2026. This event will focus on the versatility of rice as a key ingredient in culinary creations, offering interactive experiences designed for both adults and children.

Exciting Activities

1. Fermented Nuka Vegetable Digging Experience

Join us for an adventure that feels like a treasure hunt! Participants will have a hands-on experience to interact with fermented nuka, uncovering hidden vegetables in a unique sensory activity. Through this experience, we will introduce the benefits of our popular fermented nuka that requires no daily mixing and can be used immediately upon receiving it.

• - Experience Details: Excavate vegetables concealed in our fermented nuka! Who knows, you might find some rare varieties!
• - Special Prize: Participants will receive 1kg of fermented nuka to enjoy at home along with any vegetables they dig up.
• - Participation Fee: 1,000 JPY (tax included, payable on the day of the event; advance reservation required)
• - Limited Spots: 4 participants per session
• - Session Time (every 20 minutes; the final session starts at event closing time):

2. Satsumamochi Making Experience

Get ready to make adorable, gluten-free sweet potato bread in just 100 seconds in the microwave! Developed jointly with Tokyo International University, our rice flour bread mix, Satsumamochi, contains no wheat, eggs, or dairy, making it safe and enjoyable for everyone.

• - Experience Details: Combine water and oil to knead the dough, wrap it with sweet potato filling, and simply microwave to create delightful Satsumamochi. This easy process brings joy to both adults and children alike!
• - Participation Fee: 500 JPY (tax included, payable on the day of the event; advance reservation required)
• - Limited Spots: 6 participants per session
• - Session Time (every 30 minutes; the final session starts at event closing time):

- September 26 (Sat): 10:00 - 16:00
- September 27 (Sun): 10:00 - 15:30
