Campaign Launch to Support Disability Employment
Mynavi Partners, a company based in Chiyoda, Tokyo, is excited to announce a new campaign that will offer discounted placement fees for its specialized job placement services aimed at individuals with disabilities. This initiative will commence on September 1, 2025, coinciding with the Disability Employment Support Month, and is designed to help companies engage more effectively with disability employment. As Japan prepares for an increase in the statutory employment rate to 2.7% by July 2026, this campaign is opportune for businesses looking to expand their commitment to hiring individuals with disabilities.
Background of the Campaign
The landscape surrounding employment for individuals with disabilities is transforming each year. According to the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, the number of individuals with disabilities employed in the private sector has reached 677,461, marking an incredible 21 consecutive years of record-breaking figures. However, many organizations still express uncertainty about how to initiate their own disability employment practices. Many companies are hesitant to take the first step due to a variety of concerns, particularly uncertainties about how to start the processes involved.
In response to these concerns, Mynavi Partners has developed a campaign specifically for businesses looking to actively promote hiring individuals with disabilities. The campaign aims to alleviate the financial burden associated with initial placement fees in order to encourage organizations to take proactive steps towards inclusive hiring. This initiative aligns with our commitment to creating an environment where individuals with disabilities can thrive in the workplace. We believe that by supporting companies in their efforts to hire individuals with disabilities, we can significantly contribute to the expansion of disability employment opportunities.
Details of the Campaign
The campaign will run from September 1, 2025, to December 19, 2025, and is available to the first 30 companies that have not yet established a contractual relationship with Mynavi Partners regarding the job placement service. Companies that participate in this campaign will receive a reduction of 200,000 yen on their placement fees if they meet certain conditions:
- - The discount applies only on the first placement made through Mynavi Partners.
- - The contract with Mynavi Partners must be signed and the placement must be completed within the designated time frame.
- - The placement fee must be over 700,000 yen (excluding tax).
