This wealth of experience has allowed SUNMI to install tens of millions of intelligent payment devices that abide by the highest security standards. Advances such as enhanced Android data encryption frameworks, cutting-edge remote patch management systems, and simplified compliance tools designed for small merchants have positioned SUNMI as a pioneer in security standard implementation.

Collaboration with Industry Leaders

In its new capacity as a PPO, SUNMI is set to engage directly with other prominent industry players, including Amazon, Apple, and Qualcomm, in the critical standards-setting processes. During the event in Bangkok, SUNMI had the opportunity to engage with Gina Gobeyn, Executive Director of PCI SSC, and Yew Kuann Cheng, Vice President for Asia-Pacific.
