Baja Fresh® Mexican Grill is setting a new standard in fast-casual dining with the debut of their exciting new meal options, known as Baja Bundles. Designed for budget-conscious customers without compromising on quality, these bundles are poised to refresh the palates of Mexican food lovers.

Starting from January 21, 2025, guests visiting participating Baja Fresh locations across the nation will find three enticing options to choose from. Each Baja Bundle is priced at just $10 and is packed with a range of delicious flavors:

1. Street Taco Trio
This option features three soft corn tortillas filled with your choice of fire-grilled chicken, steak, or carnitas. Topped with a fresh onion and cilantro mix, guests can personalize their tacos with either hot or mild salsa. A lime wedge accompanies this delicious trio for that zesty kick.

2. Poco Fuego Burrito
This burrito is a true feast, filled with fire-grilled chicken or carnitas, complemented by melted jack cheese, guacamole, black beans, and hot salsa. It’s finished with pico de gallo, sliced jalapeños, and lettuce, all neatly wrapped in a warm flour tortilla, making it a hearty choice for burrito lovers.

3. Dos Enchiladas Rojas
Ideal for those craving traditional flavors, this dish consists of two corn tortillas rolled with fire-grilled chicken and jack cheese. They are smothered with a rich red chile sauce, more jack cheese, and sour cream, garnished with fresh cilantro, offering an authentic taste of Mexico.
