The Future Talent Interaction Event is set to take place, aimed at fostering meaningful connections between Japanese companies and students from South America, particularly Brazil. One of the standout features of this event is its small group dialogue format. Unlike conventional company briefings where information flows in one direction, this event encourages intimate conversations where both students and companies can deeply engage with each other. Through these interactions, students can explore the values and experiences of participating organizations while sharing their aspirations for the future. In the 2025 event, approximately 60 students and 16 companies participated, leading to successful internships and ongoing engagements.
