Background and Experience
Having joined Michael Baker as an intern in 2004, Jessica has steadily climbed the ranks within the company to gain considerable experience in transportation planning, traffic engineering, and project management. Most recently, she served as Department Manager for Traffic in the Pittsburgh office, where she played a significant role in complex projects across various states, including Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Ohio, and Kentucky. Her experiences also extend to clients located in Texas, Mississippi, and Arizona, showcasing her versatility and expertise across diverse project environments.
Jessica holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, reinforcing her solid academic foundation in her role. She is actively involved in professional organizations like the American Society of Highway Engineers, the Engineers’ Society of Western Pennsylvania, and the Institute of Transportation Engineers.
