Approximately 36% of candidates chose the AI interviewing option when presented with a choice between an immediate recruiter screening or a scheduled AI interview on their own time. Hall noted that utilizing AI interviews has even led to pivotal hires, with the company extending offers to three candidates previously overlooked in traditional screening processes.

The acquisition of Talent Llama, founded by Adam Stokar and Ben Chaikin, marks a departure from the original plan of the co-founders, who had no intention of selling.
