Previously, Crawford held a notable position at CACI Technologies. During his tenure, he rose through the ranks and eventually became vice president, overseeing a division of around 700 personnel, both domestically and internationally. His professional journey has equipped him with the skills necessary for his new role at Tyto Athene.
In addition to his corporate experience, Crawford has a rich history within the Army, having served for 24 years from 1985 to 2009. His military career included noteworthy positions such as the senior intelligence officer and executive assistant to national security advisor Dr. Condoleezza Rice. He also commanded the 2nd Military Intelligence Battalion, part of the 66th Military Intelligence Brigade, before retiring as a deputy GS and chief of biometrics for the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command.
Crawford’s academic credentials further bolster his qualifications. He holds a Master of Science in Administration from Central Michigan University, a Master of Military Arts and Sciences from the School of Advanced Military Studies, as well as a Bachelor of Science from Loyola University.
