Chairman of the Association
Takahiko Hinata, hailing from Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture, was elected as the third Chairman of the Japan Curry Bread Association during the election held in August 2024. His long-standing passion for curry bread has guided him to partake in tasting and exploring over 1,500 curry breads in the past five years. He aims to continue this culinary adventure during his next term by tasting 400 to 500 additional varieties of curry bread.
About the Association’s Executive Director
Yasuhisa Teppei, a prominent association producer, has significantly contributed to community building and association management. With a robust strategy developed through leading the Japan Fried Chicken Association, he also serves as an advisor to the Japan Curry Bread Association since April 2013.
