National Exchange Product Exhibition in Shimbashi
An exciting event is set to take place in Shimbashi, where 30 municipalities from across Japan will showcase their finest local products. This National Exchange Product Exhibition promises a delightful exploration of the unique treasures that each region has to offer, from fresh seafood like abalone and scallops to delectable wagyu beef, local sake, and even distinctive souvenirs that can only be found in their hometowns.
The exhibition's venue, the Shimbashi SL Square, located right next to the Hibiya exit of JR Shimbashi Station, will transform into a vibrant marketplace filled with the rich flavors and cultures of Japan. Running from
October 29 to 31, 2025, every day from
11 AM to 8 PM (subject to cancellation in case of inclement weather), the event is free to enter and open to everyone.
Among the participating municipalities are notable areas such as Saroma Town in Hokkaido, Funagata Town and Shonai Town in Yamagata Prefecture, Iwaki City in Fukushima Prefecture, and Gujo City in Gifu Prefecture, along with six shopping districts from the Minato City area, the Minato City Tourism Association, and various affiliated organizations.
One of the highlights of the exhibition will be the use of outdoor video screens to broadcast promotional films from the exhibiting municipalities.
