Booost Collaborates on EU CBAM Seminar for Manufacturers Amidst Sustainability Challenges

Booost and EU CBAM Seminar: A Call to Action for Manufacturers

Booost Inc., a leading sustainability and AI company located in Shinagawa, Tokyo, has established a reputation for providing the top share sustainability ERP in Japan for two consecutive years. In partnership with Persol Business Process Design Inc., they will hold a free offline seminar titled "Practical Data Reporting for EU CBAM" on August 31, 2026. This seminar is tailored for manufacturers of steel products, including those producing blast furnaces, electric furnaces, wire rods, and bolts.

Understanding the EU Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM)

With the upcoming full implementation of the EU CBAM, companies exporting steel and aluminum products to Europe are faced with new compliance requirements. These include calculating embedded emissions, developing comprehensive monitoring plans, ensuring traceability across the supply chain, and preparing for third-party verification. This has created an urgent need for manufacturers to adopt proactive measures and adapt their operational practices accordingly.

During this seminar, Booost will leverage insights gained from their free Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives launched in April 2026 to share essential tips and practices for creating monitoring plans. Participants will witness a demonstration of embedded emission reporting and receive valuable advice on steps Japanese export enterprises should take immediately. The seminar will also spotlight Booost's innovative solution, "booost CBAM," designed to streamline compliance.

Additionally, attendees will have the opportunity to engage with five different third-party verification organizations for personalized consultations. The seminar aims to provide a holistic understanding of the requirements from regulatory comprehension to data calculation and verification preparation. This session is a must-attend for those responsible for compliance amid challenges posed by the EU CBAM.
