At this year’s festival, Kenko Mayonnaise and Salad Cafe will introduce a range of delightful salads and unique products. Salad Cafe is set to serve four delicious salads, ideal for pairing with drinks. This includes the Umami-Infused Japanese Style Potato Salad topped with fragrant bonito flakes and crispy onion slices, a mouthwatering Charcoal-Grilled Roast Beef Salad drizzled with an aromatic truffle dressing, a Citrus-Infused Ham and Onion Marinade Salad, and a vibrant Spring Pea and Edamame Pesto Salad, utilizing fresh seasonal ingredients.
